Public Liability Insurance

This cover provides protection against claims arising from:

• Accidental bodily injury (including death) to any person
• Accidental loss of or damage to property happening in connection with the business of the insured and occurring within the territorial limits of the policy. There must be proof of negligence on the part of the insured.
• Additional covers includes:
  • Food and drinks poisoning
  • Loss of guest effects

This class of insurance is quoted based on a limit depending on the exposure one may suffer. The limit can vary from Kshs5Million to even 100M.
